Moldovan Alivanca
Ingredients:
– 1 liter of yogurt,
– 250 grams of cornmeal,
– 1 teaspoon of salt,
– vanilla essence,
– 250 grams of sugar,
– 100 ml of oil,
– 5 eggs,
– 200 grams of white flour.
Preparation:
Beat the egg yolks with a little salt and refrigerate them overnight. The next day, sift the flour, soften the yeast with milk, and add the ingredients one by one while allowing the dough to rise.
