– 500 g flour,
– 250 g lard,
– 25-30 g yeast,
– 1 teaspoon sugar,
– 1 teaspoon salt,
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
In a bowl, add the necessary ingredients. Mix them thoroughly to homogenize. Add the flour at the end. Knead the dough with your hands, ensuring it’s neither too soft nor too hard. The dough should be refrigerated overnight. The next day, roll out the dough and sprinkle it with white or black sesame seeds.
